Alpha Jet is the low cost carrier division of American Flight Airways Virtual Airlines based out of hubs in Baltimore (KBWI), Flint (KFNT), Houston Hobby (KHOU), Las Vegas (KLAS), Oakland (KOAK), and Tampa (KTPA). Alpha Jet offers service to 72 destinations in the continental United States, Mexico and Canada in a modern fleet of Boeing 737-800 aircraft. This low cost carrier division bridges the gap in AFA's route system by offering flights to some leisure airport destinations not serviced by main AFA operations. Alpha Jet concentrates on flying to "feeder" airports within major metropolitan US cities where possible to provide a convenient, hassle free gateway to air travel.
