Embraer E-170
The "Cadillacs" of Regional Jets
The Embraer series of E jets are narrowbody medium-range airliners that compete with the CRJ series of aircraft produced by Bombardier. Having the capacity to carry up to 78 passengers, the E-170 is one of the larger regional jets in aviation. It's big brother, the E-190, actually competes with Airbus A318s and Boeing 717s. Like all other Embraers, the 170 combines the latest in technology with the reliability of older aircraft to create a masterpiece of aviation.
American Flight Airways utilizes the E-170 on all Category 2 routes.
